Homebrew Solitaire is a free, open-source, ad-free, highly customizable solitaire app for Android.
This is built on older dependencies for compatibility.

Nothing has been tested as of yet, the frontend of the application needs to interface with the backend first. Most of the base game code has already been written. See Planned Features
