Added tree functionality which allows to copy over file trees to the target dir
Changed the above functionality under ifcopytree by using "os.path.sep"
Addressed the issue where:
1. line.startswith("tree") was inside the line.startswith("test") block
2. Recovered repos_root_dir and deleted the checking of subdirectory

Modified the build_config.txt and added the functionality that allows to copy trees.
