2. Upload the database table from file /cat.sql
3. Set configure database in the file /init/db.config.php
4. Open page http://host/admin.php (password: admin; login: admin)
5. Edit admin settings in table cat_system (login and password)
/init/ - directory of the system files
/templates/ - directory of the template files (templating Smarty)
