Issue: Added a checker to check if the recipient address of a token transfer is owned by System Program

Spl-token transfer didn't check if the recipient address was actually owned by System Program or not. This lead to a lot of loss when people sent a lot of funds to a wallet owned by a token. Added a check along with a flag to go past the check.
Issue: Porting the existing Memo program to Anchor Framework

The Memo program in SPL is working and written in Vanilla Rust as of now. I got it recreated in Anchor which is a Rust framework. Added the same tests which were there for a previous program and made the PR.

Selected as an contributor of Bitcoin Core under the event of Summer of Bitcoin where I was working under mentors along with my peers to contribute towards the fascinating world of cryptocurrencies. My area of focus is Bitcoin-core and the work revolves around contributing to the Bitcoin. I have been actively reviewing the features focusing GUIX and am also working on improvising the fuzz tests. I have also been exploring the Onion Service and how to run Bitcoin Core on the Tor network, which helps in getting another layer of security to all the nodes.
