The Caesar Cipher is a basic encryption method used to secure messages. It works by shifting each letter in the plaintext by a fixed number of positions down the alphabet. For example, with a shift of 3:

- B becomes E
- C becomes F
To decrypt the message, you shift the letters in the opposite direction by the same number. This technique is named after Julius Caesar, who used it to protect his private communications.
The Caesar Cipher is simple and easy to implement but is not very secure by modern standards as it is easily crackable. It serves as a good introductory example of classical cryptography.

You can use the application through the command line. Simply run the Python script and follow the prompts:
python cipher.py

. - To exit the application, enter any other key.
