Due to the critical priority of this guide, I've been asked to publish now and review/update later. I have tested the steps and the project manager has reviewed and approved it. Further approvals will come later and doc review can still happen for the SLL8 and 9 versions. |

New guide for running compliance scans for Liberty. In addition to significantly editing the draft content to fit documentation conventions, I've also included further info from https://documentation.suse.com/compliance/all/html/SLES-openscap/article-openscap.html where it seemed useful.
