PLAYRTS-5585 Remove AppCenter builds and distributions

Description

AppCenter distribution for nighty and beta for iOS is not used by the project since July 2022. It was never available for tvOS.

The proposition is to remove all related to those builds and distributions.

Changes Made

• Remove AppCenter configurations.
• Clean code and features only for those configuration builds, like a button in application settings view.
• Clean xcconfigs files.
• Remove unused TV-Application-enterprise entitlements file.
• Update private configuration after cleaning unused properties: https://github.com/SRGSSR/playsrg-apple-configuration/pull/7
