New maintenance rooms next to dorms. added a knot bellow the CE's APC terminal and some other change.

More areas to explore. fixed quite a huge part of maintenance's doors which had barely no access.

About The Pull Request
Fixes some common mapping bugs around Lambda station, plus a few changes and additions across the whole map like a brand new cargo bay and sauna.
