Issues were found during the merging of branching, and subsequent testing that led to the exclusion to large amounts of code. Please be aware that while the brush pattern profiler works, it currently uses the brush of the main window, which can lead to odd results within the pattern dialog. The brush dialog has been commented out as, while it worked, it crashed the program more often than not upon closing the dialog. [UPDATED] The save and load files now work for single frames with multiple layers, loading back the contents of the previous work session, but not an entire video. Previously, interaction with the file after the initial save would crash the program, and the file could not be deleted, and was thus excluded. The release and repo has been updated to include this functionality. The undo and redo did not seem to have a noticeable difference in undoing the users actions, and were thus excluded.

In order to accommodate the plethora of new features, importing and exporting had to be remove, although this is just temporary. This will, of course, be ready by the release to be presented at the end of the semester. Most of the functionality for layering is in place, but because of the delay for save and load, it and frame operations are not yet functional. WE expect this to done in short order.
