Updated the following packages to their latest version to fix security issues:
Angular Core -> v19
Angular CLI -> v19
Angular Material -> v19
TypeScript -> v5.7.3
The changes were tested locally and no change in Dockerfiles are necessary as they already utilize the latest version of Node.
