A web-based patient management system that allows nurses and doctors to easily manage their patients!

Caregiver is a patient management system that allows specific users to login and view all available patients. The user is able to view and edit individual patients’ information, as well as add on-going information such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, etc. For each patient, there will be a reports page that will show graphs and/or charts based on these information. Additionally, users will also be able to search for specific patients and create new patients.
