Adds QuotaDock to Monitoring & Analytics, right after CodexBar since it covers the same
ground on the platform CodexBar doesn't: CodexBar is the macOS menu bar app, QuotaDock is a
Windows always-on-top widget.

Checking against the contributing criteria:

  • Directly related to Codex CLI — it talks to the official Codex CLI app-server over
stdio and reads the actual session and weekly limits, rather than estimating spend from
local logs. Claude Code and Antigravity ride along in the same window, but it works with
    only Codex signed in.
  • Actively maintained — first public release July 2026, currently at 0.7.34 with
    releases every few days.
  • Free — MIT, no account, no telemetry.
  • Clear value — each row draws remaining quota above a bar counting down to reset, so
you can tell at a glance whether the session will run out before the window resets. As
far as I can find, it is the only Windows-native widget doing this for Codex.
