👋 Hello (again)!

The team at @RiversideValley have been gone for a while due to school problems and therefore we've been less active. We've recently merged our largest pull request, #19, which switched Emerald from UWP to WinUI and added things like Crowdin and a better utilisation of FluentUI. We also added more of @RiversideValley's branding into the app. Hope you enjoy!
