HFmultiomics_PSB2025

We performed a genetic analysis of left ventricle (LV) MRI traits and heart failure (HF), imputing gene and protein expression from GWAS summary stistics, followed by pathway and netowrk clustering. The project was accepted and will be presented at the Pacific Symposium on Biocomputing in January 2025.
