Fix Issues with Reserved Paths and Bad Imports #1

I tried to import this module for a Go 1.14 project, and go get returned some errors:

"con.go" is reserved path in windows, I have renamed it to "global_cfg.go"
logrus imports used "github.com/Sirupsen/logrus" instead of "github.com/sirupsen/logrus"

This PR will resolve these issues.
