Problem

When I rebased master onto main in #102, I unknowingly reverted the deployed docs to an older version before we made the crosschain payments page.

Solution

The folder structure of main and master diverged. main placed all gitbook files inside a docs/ directory while master put all gitbook files in the repo root.

Changes

• Replace all files inside /docs (from main branch) with all the files from the repo root (from master branch) except for the docs/.gitbook/assets/ directory which appears to be a superset including all the images from .gitbook/assets in the repo root - so in that case, the replacement is the opposite.
