Original PR: BeeStation/BeeStation-Hornet#4598
About The Pull Request
Ports the following PRs:
tgstation/tgstation#59371 - the main changes being ported
tgstation/tgstation#50525 - code-related improvements to operating computers that got pulled in due to the main PR messing with code added by it
tgstation/tgstation#53893 - refactors arm augment in code, but also allows you to extend your augment by pressing Z with an empty hand on the arm with an augment, and lets you retract it by dropping the augment item (for example, press Z to open toolset menu, press Q with toolset welder to retract toolset)The third PR is mostly unrelated, it got pulled in due to the way I was working on fixing conflicts, where I had added related changes from the first PR before figuring out that the changes from the third one were more than just code refactors. I can separate it out to a second PR if deemed necessary. The changes have been reverted, will be making another PR since I think they're really good for the utility of integrated toolsets.
Also note, lots of changes, and lots of conflicts, good chance I did something dumb along the way.
Why It's Good For The Game
Supposedly harddels are a big source of performance issues, this should help?
