From the source

export IMAGE_NAME=my-redirector
docker build -t $IMAGE_NAME .
docker run -e DESTINATION=your.website.com -p 80:80 $IMAGE_NAME

From Docker Hub

docker run -it -e DESTINATION=your.website.com -p 80:80 rainist/redirector
