Visualization Page

This page displays a collection of tools that can be used to visualize data. When first installed no Visualization tools will be present, they need to be installed. To install a visualization tool click the "Get More" button, this will take you to the App Center page. On the App Center, there will be multiple tools to choose from, follow the steps on that wiki to install them.

1. Visualization Methods

• Peptides vs Time - used to overlay two records. Provide the two record names and click Compare to display a graph that overlays the two records on top of each other. An example of this can be seen in Figure 2

2. Future Visualization Methods

• Single Cell workflow (RTK) - Generates error 404
• QC Data Comparison - Generates error 404
• Chatgpt chat - Generates error 404
• DDA, DIA, and WWA (Visualization) - Generates error 404
