uDb output

When required in CSV or XML format, uDb will output the following record fields per record:

1. year
2. month
3. day
4. hour As HH:MM
5. location
6. stateOrProvince, as an explicit name resolved from the 3 chars code.
7. country, as an explicit name resolved from the read country code.
8. continent, as an explicit name resolved from the read country code.
9. title
10. description
11. locale, as an explicit text resolved from the read country code.
12. duration
13. other fields in the order they were read.
