Consider addition of an inclusivity document

Adding this issue to keep the discussion around the scope of the CoC and the potential to add an Inclusion document such as the one for the Kubeflow project: https://github.com/kubeflow/community/blob/master/INCLUSIVITY.md#kubeflow-inclusivity

Note that this Inclusivity doc is mainly aimed at those in "leadership" positions within the Kubeflow project/community. This outlines specific actions and behaviours that, as a whole, help make the community more inclusive and mindful of other's contributions

I really like that Kubeflow document. It's well-written, to the point, and all guidance given there is valuable.
