Created batch.vmt!
A quick & dirty tool for generating a bunch of .vmt files
(to generate a folder .vtf files, see VTFEdit's batch system)
The .zip release contains a compiled and tested 64bit windows .exe, readme, license & some template .vmts

Couldn't have made this so quickly without you guys, really.
BUGS: the filenames that get substituted in are relative to the .exe,
I'll try and fix that soon, but for now putting the .exe & template.vmt in the same folder should be enough to fix it.
