AVStream.side_datahas been removed in #1570 so I think the type stubs and other leftovers from #1249 should be removed as well.I didn't delete
AVPacketSideDataTypebecause maybe we'd like to add this back toAvPacket.side_datato match the upstream FFmpeg API.
