I've created the required files for vscode to launch & debug all the template files. This would be for #435
Should make it just a tad bit easier for people to work with the extension.

I'm very happy for the feedback.

LGTM, even though it's a lot of copy-pasting, I think that's flexible for when other debug settings are added per-template.
