DEPRECATED This system was improved and eventually added to Boiler Books. This repository no longer is in use.
First, make a sql database named pieee and import the membership.sql file to create the table.
From there, you can add/view/lookup members from the appropriate pages. The database connection info is
right now hardcoded into the add/view/lookup pages. Extract it out or change it there if needed.
(Unless you really have your root password as password1)
