Config now comes from --dart-define-from-file=config.json, which the release workflows already pass, so the .env asset removed in the previous commit no longer has to exist for the app to boot. Ported from 0352171 on codegen-clean-rebase, without that commit's unrelated hasUserPermission and date-picker changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
