Fixed client crash when existing stacks of resources were adjusted #1324

Delta nums in RCNO3 were off by 2, because variables have been removed in TANO03.

During development of #1224, I noticed that I was crashing when existing stacks of hide were increased in quantity, while new stacks was fine.
With this patch it works fine.
