- Only apply copy_model_state for torch.nn.Module objects to avoid errors when loading non-iterable objects like optimizers - Update checkpoint with model's state_dict after copy_model_state to ensure Checkpoint.load_objects can load the remaining objects correctly

Summary
This PR fixes a potential bug in
CheckpointLoaderwhen usingstrict_shape=Falsewith multiple objects inload_dict(e.g., bothmodelandoptimizer).Problem
When
strict_shape=Falseandload_dictcontains multiple objects (like{'model': model, 'optimizer': optimizer}), thecopy_model_statefunction was being called on all objects, including non-torch.nn.Moduleobjects like optimizers. This caused errors because:copy_model_stateexpects the source to be iterable (like a state_dict), but optimizers are not iterableSolution
The fix ensures that:
copy_model_stateis only applied totorch.nn.Moduleobjectscopy_model_stateupdates the model, the checkpoint is updated with the model's new state_dictCheckpoint.load_objectswithout going throughcopy_model_stateTesting
