Summary

  • add a bill request flow for unscored bills in recent legislative activity
  • log requests to Supabase and notify via Resend
  • support local review with a Vite-side dev handler and keep Mailchimp signup aligned with app-v2

Verification

  • npm run build
  • python3 -m py_compile modal_app.py
