Claude’s scoped plugin updater reports version 4.0.1 as current and leaves the installed writing skill unchanged after the source update in #90. Bump the marketplace and all eight bundle versions to 4.0.2 so the updater installs the new guidance through its supported update path.
This changes nine version fields. It preserves all skill content, commands, hooks, bundle membership, and package dependencies.
Validation: authoritative source and generated-marketplace manifests both reported 4.0.1, with no 4.0.2 tags or releases; 178 tests passed; the Claude wrapper built successfully;
git diff --checkpassed. The writing skill still matches the approved SHA256c07b7176c8c914c8658207ecfad4366713566e81410e2b641755938b8feb2afe.
