New recipes

This PR adds some new recipes for Sivian local cuisine. Sprites by @evreeone! Thank you very much.

• Baked potato: 1 potato, in the microwave. Makes 1 serving. Not Sivian, but needed for backyard grilling below.
• Roast sifpod: 1 siffruit or sifpod, in the oven. Makes 1 serving.
• Gerjao auga: 1 eyebulbs, 5 water, 2 salt, 1 enzyme, in the microwave. Makes 1 serving.
• Londuneyja gumbo: 5 water, 10 rice, 2 spices, 2 meat or carp meat, 1 eyebulbs, 1 chili, 1 tomato, 1 celery, in the oven. Makes 5 single servings.
• Ullran jambalaya: 5 water, 5 rice, 2 spices, 2 meat or carp meat, 1 wabback, 1 celery, in the oven. Makes 3 single servings.

Backyard grilling

This PR implements a very simple outdoors cooking system inspired by @lolman360's Citadel cooking rewrite. Currently quite simple, may be expanded in the future. A video of the basic system here (prior to timing tweaks...)

• Bonfires with grills can be clicked to place food on them.
• Food items will tick over time (currently around 20 seconds) before turning into their cooked version, or a burned mess if they don't have one.
• Burned messes will smoke everywhere instead.

Backyard grilling recipes

• Spider meat becomes charred spider meat, removing the toxins.
• Sandwiches become toasted sandwiches.
• Dough becomes a bun.
• Flat dough becomes flatbread.
• Raw cutlets become cooked cutlets.
• Raw meatballs become cooked meatballs.
• Sifpods/siffruit become cooked sifpods.
• Corn becomes popcorn.
• Potatoes become baked potatoes.
• Donk pockets become warm donk pockets.
• Food in general (including the products above) turns into a burned mess if left on the grill after this point.

Misc tweaks

Some small related bugfixes/tweaks:

• Cavebulbs are a source of space spices.
• Animals can get high.
• Drakes can get high from space spices.
• Bonfire flames and grill no longer use the base bonfire colour.
• Bonfires layer below objects.
• Meatball recipe produces raw meatballs instead of cooked.
