Since Matt already relicensed, this is just to make things easier. mrcal_wrapper will probably get monorepoed into WPILib, and it'd also be nice to ensure future updates (if any) fall under the same license.
Also, I know Matt said WTFPL, not BSD-0, but per Discord, swear words can get WPILib in trouble, so I've selected BSD-0 as the alternative public domain equivalent. If you want another license, I can change it.
