PICAFlow v1.0.0 release

After some other modifications related to the publication of our Application Note in the Bioinformatics Advances journal (https://doi.org/10.1093/bioadv/vbad177) as well as some minor bug fixing in the past weeks, we finally decided to publish the very first release of PICAFlow, labelled as v1.0.0.
