remove dcf from iterative sense

This removes the DCF "preconditioning" that is not a preconditioning from iterative sense.

TODO

• use faster, less precise DCF (Faster DCF based on pipe #629 )
• check if CSMs are still ok with worse DCF
• adjust non regularized example

It only uses a DCF to obtain a good initial value, not for reweighting the loss.
Reweighting the loss would be counterproductive for variable density etc.
