Provides the robot description for Ranger Arm Robot. This repository is a restructured ROS2 port of Ranger Mini V2 ROS1 simulation in ugv_gazebo_sim from agilexrobotics.
Add libertech dual arm.
Tested on ROS2 Humble on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
