First Release - Rewrite Lengow to made environments URLs configurable

Now, we can use lengow_global_options/store_credential/global_environment configuration to setup prod or preprod Lengow env.

• Plugins for isPreprodPlugin, getLengowSolutionUrl
• Preference for entire "private" class Connector
