This PR updates the script that is used to create the USB image.
This script does have one major shortcoming, it does not store conda environments for different platforms, it's setup for osx-arm64; conda environments for osx-amd64 and win64 will need to be created explicitly.
Due that step, this script does not include the commands to create the zip file (or the iso image) either.
