Black bars patch in separate scenes from widescreen patch and updates

In order for the repository to be as clean and tidy as possible, I separate the patches that eliminate black bars/black bands in cut scenes so that the user can decide if they want to use them or not.

Updated widescreen patches:

• Made Man: Arapapa patch fixed. The main and pause menu now fit the image.
• Disney's Treasure Planet: The previous patch worked fine if you had the 4:3 menu option set, but saving the 16:9 menu option to the memory card or selecting it in the menu makes the image too narrow. Having native widescreen, with the new patch 16:9 is enabled from the beginning and you can also choose the other 16:9 widescreen option called "letter box" while maintaining the original look

Removing it isn't really good enough, you need to rebase, else it's a conflict.
