docs(openrouter-images): sync with openrouter-web changes

Summary

Source: OpenRouterTeam/openrouter-web#40903 (registers OpenAI gpt-image-2.5 and adds xhigh/max image quality tiers).

POST /api/v1/images quality enum in the public OpenAPI spec is now auto | low | medium | high | xhigh | max. The skill's options table and the generate.ts/edit.ts usage strings listed only auto|low|medium|high, so an agent reading the skill would not offer the new tiers. No script logic change was needed — --quality is already passed through as a string.

Existing-PR check: open docs(openrouter-images) sync PRs (#177, #167, #97, ...) cover earlier changes; none mention xhigh/max.
