Adds new models for fixing harsh deinterlacing in Mill Creek release of "Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?". Results from OmniSR and Compact variants are extremely similar (moreso than usual), but I still decided to include both variants.
I updated the NES Composite-to-RGB model to use some data augmentations I've developed to account for slight stretching on the X or Y axis. This should make the model more generally applicable and reduce overfitting issues. I consider this a full replacement for the 1.0.0 version, so rather than create a new entry I edited the existing one.
