Extend update dataset to include name and summary

Updating the dataset name requires moving files, so some refactoring was necessary.

Hi Matei, I understand that this is a fix / improvement to the enclave work, but I just want to give you a heads up that we have moved dataset out of the rds client, and it's now a separate package named syft-datasets.
In syft-datasets, we don't track it using the YAMLStore anymore
