Short Description
Update
loginUrl
information to use the new domain url formatting, See domain url format docs here, I have also update the screenshot for Salesforce OAuth 2 credentialsCloses #503, Related OpenFn/adaptors#295
Details
When the client creates a Salesforce credential and enters a login URL with a custom domain name in the (e.g., https://client-name.lightning.force.com) instead of https://login.salesforce.com, Salesforce auth fails. This is because salesforce domain url needs to be either
<domain>.my.salesforce.com
or<domain>.sandbox.my.salesforce.com
