The v0.9.4 release already includes the updated feature video, but the README exposes it only as a text link. Add the new-interface poster as a clickable video thumbnail and link directly to the published MP4 release asset.

git diff --check; checked that the local video and poster SHA-256 hashes match the published v0.9.4 assets.
