Issues Resolved:
- Batched action for arrows now only makes 10 at a time
- Wilderness does not switch between F2P and P2P mode anymore, only P2P mode
- Magic XP Reward from Imp Catcher is 1/4th #421
- Skeleton in Draynor manor should be non-aggressive #302
- Highwayman is non-aggressive, drops incorrect items #313
