Context

Hi there,

AWS is ending EKS standard support for Kubernetes 1.30 on July 23, 2025. I think it's about time to upgrade the Kubernetes version.

Note: we do need to run terra tests to make sure everything is working:-)

We can do 1.31 for now, note that we will have to test the terratests for each cloud platform :). But 1.31 should be fine for now. 1.32 can be done from march onward (Then it is stable in Azure, Google and AWS)
