I have started placing preprocessor statements to remove hysteresis nad EPS for the GPU version not in a stable condition, still chasing errors

Still lots to do, adding as draft to make my work visible.
Plan is to amend material law manager in the least possible invasive way to support GPU execution. The GPU execution will to begin with not support end-point scaling or hysteresis.
