The last commit [IMP] base_tier_validation_formula: pre-commit auto fixes should be split into two commits:
- One for pre-commit fixes (only if running
pre-commit run -aproduces changes, otherwise this commit can be skipped, and the next commit will handle the migration). - Another for the migration
