Not much different than vanilla rubocop setup, still allows override with .rubocop.yml if desired. ref: https://github.com/chef/cookstyle#rake

Anyone accepting PRs for this repo or is this not a direction you want to go? Either way is fine with me, just curious. |

This just uses cookstyle, the version pinned rubocop. Not much different than vanilla rubocop setup, still allows override with .rubocop.yml if desired.
