Quality Improvements

New changes have been made to the self bot. Added features being:

• counting5250: choose whether the bot will wait for a user to count or not
• log_message: set how far back the bot will memorize the count
• reset_on_bot_message: choose whether the count is reset if the last message was sent by a bot
