"Create-Repo" is a Ruby's script to create your own repositpry in gitlab, realize commit and push using only command line. You can ignore some folders and files from the push. it works on GitLab, you need to change the user, the host and the token. You can find the token on your GitLab in Profile Settings>>Account.
